Connecting WooCommerce

Give ReplyBay live order, customer, and product context without letting it change your store.

Create a read-only REST API key

In WooCommerce, open Settings, Advanced, REST API and create a key with Read permission. ReplyBay verifies that exact permission before saving the connection.

Connect the store

  1. Open Channels and choose WooCommerce under Store data.
  2. Enter the public HTTPS store URL, consumer key, and consumer secret.
  3. Run the connection test. A healthy result confirms read-only order access.

What the AI can look up

ReplyBay can match a conversation to orders by order number or customer email, then use current order, fulfillment, refund, recent-order, and product context in its answer. It does not modify orders or issue refunds.
