A shared AI inbox usually starts here

  • Trengo€299/mo10 users, 500 conversations a month
  • Rasayel$150/mo5-user minimum at $30 each
  • Gallabox$112/mo3 seats, billed annually
  • Respond.io$79/mo5 users, 5,000 AI credits
  • ReplyBay$19/mo3 workspaces, 500 AI replies, no seat minimum

Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page on 18 September 2026. Their unit is a resolution: a conversation the AI closed with no human involved. Ours is every AI reply we deliver, including the drafts your team reviews and sends, so we are counting the broader unit and still coming in lower.

Two allowances. Nothing hidden.

Every plan includes a monthly amount of AI replies and credits. AI replies cover writing. Credits cover automation. Human work is always free.

Running out never loses a message

When AI replies or credits run out, automation pauses and conversations go to your team. Nothing is dropped.

A worked example

A store with 400 DM questions and 150 comment-to-DMs a month, answered by 2 people, fits Plus Team: 400 of 1,500 AI replies, 150 of 30,000 credits and 2 of 5 seats.

Credit packs, on any plan

Need more automation this month? Add a pack. Purchased credits last 12 months.

The safety rails are never an upgrade.

ReplyBay does not reserve source checks or human review for the expensive tier. Those are the parts that make AI support safe.

  • AI drafts grounded in your connected knowledge
  • A confidence threshold you control
  • Human review and escalation controls
  • Encrypted credentials and workspace isolation
  • No setup fee or long contract

Straight answers about the bill.

What is a credit?

Credits pay for automation and API actions that are not AI replies. A comment-to-DM, an automated hide or like, or a hide or like through the API costs 1 credit. An AI comment moderation check costs 250 credits, because it runs a model. Reading the API, webhooks, human replies, replies sent through the API, the inbox, and escalations are free.

What counts as an AI reply?

Every AI-written reply on email, DMs, and comments uses one AI reply from your plan. Internal notes and replies you write yourself do not use AI replies or credits.

What happens when I run out?

Nothing is lost. When AI replies or credits run out, automation pauses and new conversations go to your team in the inbox. It resumes when your allowance resets, when you buy a credit pack, or when you upgrade.

Do credits expire?

Monthly credits reset at the start of each month and are used first. Purchased credits roll over and last 12 months from purchase, with the oldest used first.

Can I use the API?

Yes, on every plan. Reading data and receiving webhooks are free. Replies and approved drafts sent through the API cost no credits. Hiding or liking a comment through the API costs 1 credit.

Is there a free trial?

No. The Free plan is free forever, with 100 AI replies and 500 credits every month. Upgrade whenever your queue needs more.

Can I review replies before they send?

Yes. Automatic customer sending is a workspace control. Keep it off for review-only operation, or enable it with the confidence and intent rules you choose.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or switch plans from Billing inside the app. The app confirms downgrades before changing your limits.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans include two months free. The pricing page shows the effective monthly cost and the exact amount billed once per year.

Is ReplyBay priced per seat?

Not per agent. Plans are priced by capacity: AI replies and credits each month. Free, Plus and Pro include one seat. Plus Team includes five seats and Pro Team includes ten, and additional seats are $15 per seat each month.

Where is customer data stored?

ReplyBay's core application, database, storage and backups run in Google Cloud's Netherlands region. AI model providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, payment and email providers, and the channels you connect may process the data their service needs outside the EU; the privacy policy names each sub-processor. Retention and deletion controls are in the app.
